These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Udupi, Karnataka.
8. Returns & Exchanges
We currently do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items made to order
- Minor variations in color, texture, or finish due to the handmade nature of the product
9. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we’ll make it right.
To request a replacement:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

- Include the following in your message:
- 📸 Clear photos of:
- The damaged product
- Outer packaging
- Shipping label
- 🎥 A short unboxing video clearly showing the package being opened and the damage found inside

Once we receive the video and photos, we’ll review the issue and offer a replacement or suitable resolution as soon as possible.
✅ If eligible, we’ll offer a replacement or credit, depending on product availability.
10. Cancellations
As most of our products are made-to-order:
- Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed
- If you need to cancel immediately after placing an enquiry, contact us within 2 hours to check if production has started
11. Refunds
Refunds are processed only if:
- The product is proven to be damaged and no replacement is possible
- An incorrect item was shipped and cannot be corrected
Refunds will be made via the original payment method or UPI, within 7–10 business days after approval.
